The annual broadcast, showcasing spectacular performances, unexpected collaborations and unforgettable red carpet moments, will broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. What makes the BBMAs stand out from other music awards shows is the finalists are determined by performance on the Billboard Charts. Performers for the night include AJR, Alicia Keys, Bad Bunny, BTS, DJ Khaled feat. H.E.R. and Migos, Doja Cat & SZA, Duran Duran, Glass Animals, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis with Sounds of Blackness feat. Ann Nesby, Jonas Brothers with Marshmello, Karol G, P!nk, The Weeknd and Twenty One Pilots. Presenters include Cynthia Erivo, Chelsea Handler, Dixie D’Amelio, Gabrielle Union, Henry Golding, Kathryn Hahn, Kelsea Ballerini, Lena Waithe, Leslie Odom Jr., Lil Rel Howery, Padma Lakshi, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Swizz Beatz and Tina Knowles-Lawson. In addition, special awards will be presented to P!NK, who will receive the distinguished ICON Award; Drake, who will receive the coveted Artist of the Decade honor, and Houston-based rapper, philanthropist, and social activist Trae Tha Truth, whowill be the second recipient of the annual Billboard Change Maker Award.
