What is The 27-Hour Day about?
Lauren (Autumn Reeser) is a successful entrepreneur and creator of a wellness brand called The 27-Hour Day. After a meeting with her idol goes awry, she decides to take a step back to gain some perspective and finds herself at a mountain retreat where she must hand over all her electronic devices so that she can not only unwind but also unplug from her work life. She meets Jack (Andrew Walker), the owner of the retreat who can immediately tell Lauren is a workaholic. Jack wants to expand the family business and looks to her for some advice. While he’s not interested in getting involved with a guest, there’s clearly an attraction there.
Who is in the cast of The 27-Hour Day?
Autumn Reeser (Lauren Garrett)
Reeser has starred in more than 10 Hallmark Channel films to date. Previous to joining the Hallmark family, she starred opposite Kristoffer Polaha in the TV series, Valentine and opposite When Calls the Heart’sDaniel Lissing in the the ABC drama Last Resort.
Andrew Walker (Jack West)
Andrew Walker has is a fan favorite and has starred in nearly 20 Hallmark Channel films to date. The Canadian actor was last seen in the network’s Christmas Tree Lane opposite another fan favorite, Alicia Witt. Walker and his wife founded Little West, a cold-pressed juice brand that is named after their son, West.
Geoff Gustafson (Mike)
Geoff Gustafson plays Mike, one half of a couple trying to rekindle their marriage. He is part of the ensemble cast of Signed, Sealed, Delivered, a series of movies about postal detectives on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. Fun fact: Geoff is a huge baseball fan and he also doesn’t eat sweets!
Karen Holness (Diane)
Holness is no stranger to Hallmark Channel. She has had supporting roles in over a dozen Hallmark films including Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Higher Ground opposite Geoff Gustafson. She also has had recurring roles on The 100, Travelers and Fringe.
