The pair are revisiting the home of their (characters’) youth, and taking fans along in a new Instagram post. “OMG we went back to the beach apartment…” Spelling excitedly teased in the caption of the photo, which featured the pair posed together against the fence of the gorgeous beach house that Donna Martin and Kelly Taylor lived in on the classic series. She continued: “My bff @jenniegarth and I went back to our beloved (well Kelly & Donna’s beloved) beach apartment for the first time in over 20 years! And, we have the podcast to prove it! Click link in my bio to hear this fun roomie bff episode ‘9021OH, we’re back’ of @9021omgpodcast See, you CAN go home again! #90210 #beachapartment #kellyanddonnaforever #bff” The two revisited the iconic location to record an episode of 9021OMG, their 90210 rewatch podcast, featuring interviews with their costars, juicy behind-the-scenes stories, and more. Per Fox News, Spelling and Garth chatted about doing exteriors at the gorgeous property (since interiors were done on a soundstage) and what it felt like coming back and touring the property for the first time—at least for Garth. She’d never gotten to see the inside before, though Spelling admitted that she used to sneak inside during filming breaks. For her part, Garth was impressed with the production crew’s ability to make their sets look so similar to the inspiration. “It makes me feel very young … The way we’re both sitting on the couch is how we used to sit on the couch, on the set, in the beach apartment,” Spelling noted. “I literally feel at home. I feel very comfortable,” Garth agreed, hoping that they would “never change this ever.” They assume it hasn’t thus far, due to the fame shrouding the building. It’s even advertised on AirBnb as the “90210 Beachhouse,” with multiple units for rent, featuring “136 feet of beach frontage” and “270 degrees of beach and ocean views.” Spelling and Garth had to wonder if those who rent the apartments are subjected to the excited screams of fans coming upon the house from the outside, especially given the swarm of tagged photos on social media. “Love it.. love it.. love it!! My bucket list is to take a picture outside of this apt,” one commenter proved the point. “The most iconic apartment on the pacific coast 🌊😍,” said another.
